Governance

The organizational structure of the Lucanian Cluster of Bioeconomy ETS, is composed of aGeneral Assembly, which includes representatives of all the Members, a Board of Directors, composed of 5 Councilors, including the President and a Technical-Scientific Committee;

  • L’General Assembly It is the sovereign body of the Association: it represents all the Members and expresses, through its resolutions, the social will.
  • The Board of Directors It is the Cluster's strategic management body; as such, it develops the Association's activity program to be submitted to the Assembly in order to pursue the statutory objectives, and approves and promotes project proposals from Members in the appropriate ways and places.
  • The Technical-Scientific Committee which brings together both entrepreneurial members and members belonging to public and private research bodies has the function of developing research strategies, development and industrial innovation.

How to join

To formalize your desire to join the recognized Association Lucanian Bioeconomy Cluster ETS, please fill out the online form in full.

The membership application will be submitted to the Members' Assembly for approval at the first available meeting, upon incorporation. Legal entities and various permitted business forms that carry out activities directly related to the bioeconomy sector may join the association.
