Special attention is paid to the valorization of by-products and processing waste, transforming them into useful resources, in full compliance with the principles of environmental and economic sustainability.

In this context, the Cluster works to foster technology transfer between research institutions, businesses, and institutions, contributing to the creation of new circular production and consumption models. Another strategic pillar of its activity is water conservation, promoted through the adoption of innovative technologies and practices aimed at drastically reducing water use in agricultural and industrial processes. The Cluster thus represents a regional hub of excellence that aims to combine economic competitiveness and environmental protection, contributing to a concrete and participatory ecological transition.
